Probably the most neglected spec in high-end smartphones these days is the battery capacity. Most manufacturers seem to think that their average buyers don't actually want to use their smartphones in a day. Or they care more about one mm shaved off here and there than they do about having a phone that actually lasts through a normal day without needing to be charged. Things are starting to change, but incredibly (and frustratingly) slowly. Motorola has the Droid MAXX handsets on offer, but only in the US (except for the first generation from long ago).
