The first of the SIM-free phone specialists to email us with some Galaxy S III prices tonight is Carphone Warehouse, which will be asking for £499 in return for an unlocked version of Samsung's S III come the phone's May 30th UK launch date. That is a little disappointing, to be honest, given that the S III appears to be more of a Samsung software upgrade over the Galaxy Nexus than a massive leap in technical terms. However, there's a possible freebie on offer if you get in quickly, with CPW giving away a Galaxy Tab to the first 1,000 buyers:.
If you could bag one of those tablets alongside the deal that'd make it worthwhile.
