Back in May, Jolla announced its first ever smartphone which runs on its homegrown Sailfish operating system. The device itself is also called Jolla. Pre-orders were opened up after the announcement and first shipments were said to take place in Q4, 2013. The company announced today that the first Jolla smartphone releases on November 27th, the first batch consists of just 450 smartphones which will be sold through a pop-up shop at Finnish carrier DNA's store on Narinkkatori, central Helsinki. The pop-up shop will only exist for one single evening, given that it only has 450 units to hand out.
