Samsung has unveiled a new dual SIM touchscreen phone, called Champ Neo Duos GT-C3262. Like the other dual SIM Champ handsets (and unlike the Galaxy S Duos, or the Pocket Duos), the Champ Neo isn't a smartphone. It's a very affordable handset for first time touchscreen users. Dual SIM capabilities (with "True Hot swap") aside, the C3262 features a 2.4 inch QVGA display, ChatOn, 3.5mm headset jack, VGA rear camera, MicroSD card support (up to 32GB), and a 1,000 mAh battery.
The Champ Neo Duos can be ordered in India for 3,260 INR (that's about $61, so the new Champ is one of the cheapest dual SIM touchscreen phones out there).
