Fly is gearing up to drop their newest dual SIM Android 4.0 ICS smartphone for the Russian market. Dubbed as the IQ441 Radiance, the handset features a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 IPS touchscreen display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 512MB RAM, a 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual SIM card slots (GSM & WCDMA), a 5MP rear-facing autofocus camera with flash, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 1800mAh battery and runs on Android 4.0 ICS OS. The IQ441 Radiance will go on sale in Russia from late September for 9,000 Rubles (about $287).
