It's been several months since Samsung announced the Galaxy S3, and while it is certainly one of the best Android devices out there, it seems like the rumor mill for its successor, the Galaxy S4, has already begun. According to the folks at The Korea Times, they have reported that according to their inside source, it looks like Samsung is gearing up to announce the Galaxy S4 at MWC 2013 which should be taking place in February of next year. The phone is also expected to steal the spotlight from Apple's iPhone 5 and will feature LTE connectivity and will be powered by Samsung's own quad-core Exynos processors.
