Verizon Galaxy Nexus users receive Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update?

There is word going around that a handful of Galaxy Nexus users on the Verizon Wireless network have received the Android 4.0.4 IMM76K update, and according to Droid-Life, a reader of theirs noticed that this particular update appeared for installation earlier in the morning on a replacement handset that he received over the weekend. The same reader also claimed that he did not root his device, and it was running on stock Android 4.0.2 prior. The image that you see on the right shows off the kernel's date in addition to a newer build number, so it might be doctored, or the real deal after all.
