There have been tons of reports and evidence that has suggested that Apple is looking to upgrade OS X to support ultra high resolution "HiDPI" screens. The evidence so far has been in the form of icons which Apple has been updating slowly to higher resolution copies, and thanks to the latest OS X 10.7.4 update, it seems that more proof of Apple's HiDPI move has been uncovered.
