AT&T's One X has its bootloader restricted, cannot be unlocked officially

Back in 2011, HTC started offering a service that unlocked the bootloaders to some of their phones. The list is continuously growing and with the release of HTC's latest flagship device, the HTC One X, many had expected that its bootloader would available for unlocking. Unfortunately if you were planning on getting your hands on AT&T's version of the HTC One X, be prepared to be disappointed as it has been reported that AT&T's version of the One X will not be unlockable through the HTC bootloader unlocking program. This was confirmed by HTC who released a statement saying:.
