Not everyone experiences happy endings, as Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher can testify. When it comes to corporations, sure, there are tie-ins and acquisitions, but then again, break ups do happen as well, as with the case of NTT DoCoMo and Samsung in the failed joint venture to develop a new mobile chipset. It is just slightly longer than three months where NTT DoCoMo, Samsung, Fujitsu, NEC, and Panasonic Mobile Communications announced that they will form a mobile joint venture to build a new mobile chipset, but NTT DoCoMo recently stepped forward to say that the deal is a no go.
