A couple of days ago, we reported that some Nokia Lumia 800 users in Singapore were receiving a firmware update that appears to have addressed the lingering battery issue that was faced by Lumia 800 owners, causing the phone to deplete extremely quickly or not allowing the device to enjoy a full charge. Well it is official, the update has been acknowledged by Nokia themselves and according to their post, the update is expected to be making its way to other markets in the coming weeks, but for now it seems that both India and Singapore are amongst the first to receive it.
