Launched in the second half of 2011 with Android 3.2 Honeycomb on board, the Sony Tablet P and Tablet S are now really close to getting official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich updates. According to a press release issued today by Sony Japan, the two tablets will taste ICS starting late April. The update will bring other (not ICS-specific) enhancements, too, including the ability to take panoramic photos, and "Small Apps" - a feature that allows users to launch new apps on top of already running applications (like Google Maps, or YouTube).
