iPhone 5S Design: Design wise, there are no significant changes except noticeable on the back of the phone. Yes, the colors have changed and Apple claims to use "high-grade aluminum, with diamond-cut, chamfered edges..” on its new iPhone. We didn't doubt a bit when they called it "most beautiful and stunning design in the entire phone industry". iPhone 5S screen: The screen is same as the found on iPhone 5 - 4.0 inches of sheer Retina Display clarity. Nothing alienating on this front, but with the improvements iOS 7 carries, the screen must just look a tad different with the new UI.
