The Crumpler Quick Escape 300 is the third camera bag I own for my DSLR camera, and this is the most compact one among the others. I take my camera backpack or my big shoulder bag when I have to bring more equipment. But more often, I need a compact bag that's simple enough to be truly portable and fits the camera with a standard 18-55 zoom lens. Everytime I go to do simple shots, I bring my DLSR without a camera case. My backpack and shoulder bag are just too heavy and complicated for a simple photo session.
