Microsoft launches SmartGlass SDK for Xbox developers

Microsoft launches SmartGlass SDK for Xbox developers

At the E3 2012 event earlier this month, Microsoft unveiled Xbox SmartGlass, which is basically an app for smartphones and tablets that will allow Xbox 360 developers to create content that could be streamed to the app. Microsoft said that SmartGlass will allow Xbox owners to double up their Windows 8 devices as a secondary display, as well the capability to perform computer-like tasks. Well, it looks like SmartGlass is coming sooner than you think. That's because Microsoft has just released the software development kit (SDK) of SmartGlass to interested developers.
