Telus Canada has released a new Android 4.0 ICS smartphone from Samsung namely the Samsung Galaxy Discover. The handset retails for just $99.99 off-contract. Specs-wise, the Galaxy Discover packs a 3.5-inch HVGA display, an 800MHz single-core processor, a 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a 3MP rear-facing camera, GPS, HSPA, WiFi and runs on Android 4.0 ICS OS.
