Verizon's Motorola Droid Bionic and 4G LTE Xoom get software updates

It's a happy day if you own either a Motorola Droid Bionic or a Motorola Xoom with 4G LTE connectivity. That's because both Verizon devices are in the process of receiving minor software updates at the moment. ‘Minor' should have given you a hint, but we'll spell it out anyway – these updates won't make your gadget run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. That particular update seems to be a way out at this point.
Let's start with the Xoom. This is the version that ships with 4G LTE built in, mind you. The update is only meant to fix one thing – data connectivity is now properly restored after disabling Airplane Mode.
