Samsung Galaxy J is yet another top-shelf Android handset bound for NTT DoCoMo as part of the carrierÂ's winter lineup. The alleged specs of the Samsung Galaxy J are a mixture of Galaxy S4 and Note 3 internals. The handset reportedly features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC, 3GB of RAM, and 5x1080p display.
