U.S. mobile phone service provider MetroPCS has just introduced a new 4G LTE-enabled Android smartphone from ZTE. Called the ZTE Avid 4G, its main selling point is its LTE capability and its cheap price, which is set at $149. MetroPCS says that the company is trying to offer the best value to its customers for the holiday season. The Avid 4G sports a 4-inch display with a 800 x 480 resolution, and it is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor.
The device also features a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a VGA front-facing camera, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
